Ingredients

225g Barilla Ditali Pasta
1 pkg frozen shelled edamame beans (about 1 cup)
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped fine
1/4 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
3 Tbsp light/low fat mayonnaise
1 tsp olive oil
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
Cook pasta for 10 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water. Steam/prepare edamame, chop sun dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts. Mix all together in a medium mixing bowl. Combine mayonnaise, oil, vinegars, garlic & oregano in a small bowl - mix well. Toss with salad and refrigerate.
