    24 oz. ground venison, or extra lean ground beef
    1 large egg
    3 tbsp. Dehydrated Onion Flakes
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    8 oz can tomato sauce
    1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
    2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. In 9x13 pan shape meat mixture into a loaf style. (I like to have room all around the loaf without it touching any of the sides of the pan. This makes for a dryer meatloaf. If you like yours more moist, cook in a loaf pan instead.) Bake 45-60 minutes until done.
