Ingredients

    4.5 cups dried pinto beans, soaked overnight or quick soak method (2 lb bag)
    8 cups liquid (half broth, half water) or all of either
    1 can Rotel tomatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
    3 garlic cloves
    1 tablespoon salt

Directions

Put all ingredients in crockpot and cook on high for about 6 hours.

Yields about 13 cups
