    1/3 cup yellow bell pepper
    1/3 cup red bell pepper
    1/3 cup orange bell pepper
    1/3 sliced jalapenos
    3 cups frozen hash browns
    1 cup chopped ham
    1 cup egg beaters southwestern style
    1 cup 2% milk
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 cup onion raw
    1 cup fresh tomato


spray dish with non stick spray/oil
add hash brown and bake at 350 for 15 minutes
mix vegetables in large bowl and pour on top of hash browns.
add cheese on top of vegetables
mix egg beaters and milk and pour over mixture
bake for 35 minutes
