    1 salmon fillet (12 ounces)
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp olive oil
    3 sprigs fresh marjoram
    3 sprigs fresh parsley
    1 tsp grated lemon rind


serves 4
Remove as many bones as possible from salmon. Place the salmon on a large piece of aluminum foil. In a cup whisk together the lemon juice and oil, drizzle over the salmon. Place the marjoram and parsley on the salmon and sprinkle with lemon rind.

Grill covered, for 10 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and just begins to flake when tested with a fork. Remove and sicard the marjoram and parsley.
