    2 c quinoa
    2 T fage 2% greek yogurt
    2 T rice wine vinegar (white wine vinegar works too)
    2 T hot sauce
    1 scallion
    4 flat out wraps(healthy grain w/flax)
    4 c salad greens

    optional not included in calorie count;
    2 T peanuts
    1 carrot, shredded
    1 avocado, diced
    reduced sodium soy sauce


1. Combine quinoa, yogurt, vinegar, hot sauce and scallions. Put the peanuts in here if youwant them. Divide mixture and greens between wraps. You can also add the carrots, avocado and soy sauce here, if desired. Or any other veggies you like. Enjoy!
