    2 tsp peanut oil
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
    1 cup thinly sliced sirloin strips
    1/2 cup frozen snow peas
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    2 tsp lemon juice
    2 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp honey
    1 garlic clove crushed
    1/4 tsp lemon zest


Combine oil and pepper flakes in a med-hot skillet
Add sirloin and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently
Add remaining ingrediants and cook for 2 to 3 minutes stirring frequently.
Serve over brown rice if desired
