These make great breakfast muffins! These make great breakfast muffins!
Number of Servings: 48


    1 1/2 C Gluten Free Bisquick mix
    1 can pumpkin
    3/4 C egg whites
    1/2 C Unsweetened applesauce
    2/3 C Skim Milk (or Almond Milk)
    3 scoops protein powder (I use Gold Standard French Vanilla)
    1/4 C honey (I only use local raw honey) you could also use Agave Nectar)
    2 Tbsp Cinnamon
    1.5 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
    1 C loose raisins (golden)
    1/ C Dried cherries


Just mix all ingredients in large bowl and either scoop into muffin tins and bake 15 minutes in oven at 350 or cheat like me and I was giving that As seen on TV mini brownie/cupcake thing and it only takes about 5 minutes per round to cook up. Super easy!
