Canned beans are OK in this reecipe, but not quite as tasty as freshly cooked beans. Be sure to drain and rinse canned beans well to avoid excess sodium. Ingredients

    Using a food processor or hand blender, blend the beans and 1 Tbsp lime juice until smooth. Add the salsa, ground cumin, coriander, 1/4 tsp garlic salt, 1/4 tsp salt and pinch (1/8 tsp) of cayenne. Blend well. Place in bowl and garnish with parsley. Serve with tortilla chips.
