Number of Servings: 8


    4 cups raw broccoli florets
    6 cups raw cauliflower florets
    2 cups raw carrots cut into 1/2 inch slices
    3/4 cup Kraft Free Zesty Italian Dressing
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped onion
    Coarsely ground black pepper


Blanch or steam the broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots 7-10 minutes till crisp tender. Immerse in cold water or run cold water over them to stop the cooking process. Let drain. Combine steamed veggies in large bowl with chopped onion and dressing. Combine well and season to taste with black pepper.

Salad can be eaten immediately or left to marinade for stronger flavors.
