    wash and slice 2 large potatoes in half then cut into wedges or thick slices, or use red potatoes cut in half
    stir together olive oil and spices then pour over potatoes
    stir to coat potatoes
    bake uncovered at 400 for 30 minutes stirring after 15 minutes

    If cooking other items that need a lower temperature these can be cooked at 375 for 40-45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes
