    1 pkg. Banyan hard tofu
    1/4 cup Reduced Fat Miracle Whip
    2 tablespoons yellow mustard
    1/4 cup sweet relish
    Coarsely ground black pepper


Drain and rinse tofu. With your hands, crumble the tofu into a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients until well combined.

Use as a sandwich spread or scoop on top of your favorite garden salad.

Refrigerate any leftovers.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings/sandwiches
