    1 Package frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
    1/2 cup light/fat-free mayo
    1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (part-skim/fat-free)
    3/4 cup parmesan cheese
    1 cup artichokes, chopped
    sprinkle of garlic powder


Mix all together. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Great with whole wheat crackers, pita, tortilla chips, veggies...anything for dipping.
