    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
    Half and Half Cream, fat free 1/4 cup
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch
    Almonds, slivered, 2 tablespoons
    Rice flour, white 2 tablespoons
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1/2 can
    2 Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces each
    Sherry, dry, 2 fl. oz
    butter 1 tablespoon
    salt 1/2 teas
    pepper 1/2 teas


makes 2 servings
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a baking dish.
Place broccoli tops around edges of baking dish: set aside.
Sprinkle chicken breasts evenly with salt and pepper. In a Large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat: add chicken, and cook 3-4 minutes per side, or lightly browned. Remove chicken from skillet, and place over broccoli, leaving as much butter in pan as possibe.
Add flour to butter and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly, stir in sherry, cream, and broth: cook 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with cheese and alomnds. Cover and bake 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
