    Beef stock, home-prepared, 4 cup (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    *Beef Stew Meat, 3 oz (remove)
    Barley, pearled, raw, .5 cup (remove)


Shread beef. Slice celery. Rinse barley. Combine in sauce pan and cook until barley is al dente.
