    2.5 cups Mahatma Saffron Yellow Rice
    9 oz raw shrimp
    10 oz package broccoli, frozen
    2 cups mushrooms, fresh
    1 cup chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil


Prepare Rice per package directions, omitting the butter. Heat skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, onions and mushrooms. Add garlic about half way through cooking time. Once veggies are soft, turn off heat, add cleaned mushrooms and shrimp; cover to let steam. Once rice has finished, steam broccoli in microwave for time listed on bag. Fluff rice, add all other ingredients. Enjoy!
