Ingredients

    1 cup Bisquick
    1 egg
    1/2 cup 2% milk

Directions

Mix ingredients well in a large bowl. Preheat griddle over medium high heat. Pour batter onto griddle to make 4 inch diameter pancakes. Cook until the batter starts to bubble then turn over and cook for 1 to 2 minutes more until golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes 10 pancakes (2 pancakes per serving).
