    2 #s-Ground sirlion
    1 Med/ Large Red pepper (Diced or Chopped)
    (2) 26 Oz Campbells Tomato Soup
    (2) 26 oz cans filled with water (Dont fill all the way to top, only indents)
    (2) 14.50 Oz Unsalted Diced Tomatoes
    Barilla Plus Elbow Macaroni-112 grams uncooked or 216 grams cooked
    (1) 15 oz Kidney Beans, Light Red (Drained & Rinsed)
    Red pepper flakes 1 tsp (Add more, if you like it spicy)
    1 Tblsp of Pepper
    1/2 tsp Salt


Dice Red pepper. Brown 1# Ground sirlion and 1/2 red bell pepper in a dutch oven.When brown add 2 shakes of chili powder, 1 shake of red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Remove and brown the additional 1#. Add the red bell pepper. When brown do as same as 1st pound. Once brown, drain sirlion from any remaining grease. Add the 2#s of browned ground sirlion back to a dutch oven, Add both cans of tomato soup, then water (1st can up to last indent. 2nd can up to 4th to the last indent on can). Stir in. Drain Kidney beans and rinse add to mixture. Add the (2) cans of diced tomatoes, add additional chili powder. Stir in. Leave cook for approximately 1 hr. Cook elbow macaroni as directed on package. Under cook by 3-4 minutes. Add the elbow macaroni last 20 mins of cook time.

Serving Size: Makes approx 14-1 cup serving
