Tastes just like the sandwich, but has loads of protein and fills you up. Make a double batch and freeze some - this makes a great popsicle.

Ingredients

    1 Banana
    3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
    1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
    12 Ounces Original Silk Soy Milk
    Dusting of Cinnamon
    Stevia (Optional)

Directions

Put soymilk, banana and peanut butter in a blender with the vanilla extract and stevia (optional). Blend for 1 minute, or until desired consistency is reached. Pour into a glass and microwave for 30 seconds. Serve with a dusting of cinnamon.
