    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 tomato, thinly sliced
    1/2 avocado, sliced
    1 slice ham, chopped (optional)


Turn non-stick skillet on medium heat. Take beaten eggs and pour in to skillet. Let cook like you would an omelet, which is to cook one side until firm and solid, flip all together, keeping it in one piece.When flipped, sprinkle cheese evenly across the egg. Arrange tomato slices, avocado and ham on top like you would on a pizza. Remove from heat. Cut into 6 slices. Serves 6.
