Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

8 oz regular cream cheese, softened
    4 extra large eggs
    1/2 cup almond flour
    1/4 cup coconut flour
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbps Zsweet or twelve drops liquid Stevia
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/8 tsp salt
    Blueberries (optional)

Directions

1. Heat up waffle maker for at least 10 minutes to prevent waffles from sticking.

2. Add all ingredients to food processor & mix for one minute. Scrape the sides & mix for another minute.

3. Spray top & bottom of waffle maker with non stick spray. Pour 1/3 cup of batter into center of waffle maker. Dot with 10 blueberries per waffle if you wish (blueberries add 8 calories & 6g net carbs).

4. Close lid & wait for your waffle maker 's ready indicator to go off. Remove waffle & serve immediately. Be sure to re-spray grids between waffles to prevent sticking.

5. Can be frozen. To reheat, heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen waffle directly on oven rack & bake for 5 minutes.
