    3 large cucumber peeled
    2 Jello packages (lime with aspartame)


Peel and cut cucumber in cubes. Bring to puree in food processor. Place in a large saucepan and bring to boil. REduce heat and boil for 5 min. Remove from heat. Add Jello package (one at the time) and mix well. Ladle into jars. Cool in the refrigerator for a day before serving. Good on taost! Calculation based on 2 tbsn of jelly.

Serving Size: 25 servigns of 2 tbsn (3 jars of 250 ml)
