    2 chicken breasts, diced
    chili powder
    onion, diced
    leeks, diced
    zucchini, sliced
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can rotel tomatoes with chilies


1. Add chicken to pot and cook
2. Add spices and stir for 1 minute
3. Add onion and leeks, cook for 6 minutes
4. Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer 45 min.
