    1 c. old fashioned oats

    2 tbsp. chia seeds

    1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    1/4 tsp. nutmeg

    1 tbsp. honey
(oops just noticed recipe called for 2 - I only used 1 and I'll keep it that way for calorie pursposes)
    1 tbsp. canola oil


Mix granola, chia seeds, and seasonings. Stir in honey and oil.

Bake on sprayed sheet at 300 for 15 minutes, stirring once. Let stand until crispy.
