    2 cups Chicken Broth
    2 TBSN Flour
    2 cups Sour Cream
    12oz bag of Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Grain Extra Wide Noodle Style
    19.2 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1 cup chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic


Cook pasta as instructed fpr firm pasta. In a large skillet brown meat with onion and garlic. Drain any excess fat. Add chicken broth, let simmer for 2-5 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Mix the flour with a 1/4 cup of water until the flour is dissolved. Slowly add flour mixture to meat mixture to thicken. Stir in cooked pasta and remove from heat. Let sit for 2-5 minutes to allow pasta to absorb some of the gravy.
Serve while hot.
