Ingredients


    3 cans of no salt added mixed vegetables
    2 cans no salt added stewed tomatoes
    1 can organic tomato sauce
    1 lb of extra lean ground beef
    and 4 tsp hot sauce



    I use no salt added veggies and mixed veggies so it is much healthier and still tastes great with the hotsauce, I do add a few teaspoons of sea salt to the pot as well.

Directions

Fry up the lean ground beef and drain off any extra fat, then add to a stew pot and add all of your canned veggies and tomato products and hot sauce, then let simmer for about 25 minutes and serve...it is delicious!
