Introduction

This is one of my favorites things to eat. It's quick, filling, and healthy. I actually eat it as a meal. This is one of my favorites things to eat. It's quick, filling, and healthy. I actually eat it as a meal.

Ingredients

    1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup frozen berry medley (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
    1 tbsp. milled flax seed
4 packets Splenda (more or less depending on your taste)

Directions

Place the berries in a bowl and microwave until just defrosted but still cold. It usually takes 30-40 seconds in my microwave. Add the yogurt, flax seed, and Splenda. Mix together and enjoy. Frozen strawberries also taste great in this.
