    1/2 Pita pocket (I like Kangaroo brand best)
    1 serving light turkey breast
    .125 sliced Avocado
    2 slices bacon (cooked and drained)
    1/4 sliced medium tomato
    1 T chopped onion


toast pita pocket and top with remaining ingredients.

Avocado or bacon can be replaced with cheese, be sure to recalucate nutritional info.
