Ingredients

    8 cups diced potatoes
    3 tablespoons butter
    1 cup 2% milk

Directions

Wash, peel and dice potatoes. Cook in boiling water. Cook until tender and drain. Add butter, milk and seasonings. Mash well.

Serving Size: Yields about 6.5 cups mashed potatoes or 13 half cup servings
