Introduction

Ingredients

    1 large Cucumber seeded and cut in chunks
    4 tomatoes cut into chunks
    1 onion cut into chunks

    Dressing:
    2 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juicw
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    1 Tbsp Greek seasoning
    1 tsp kosher salt optional

Directions

Cut Vegetables and combine in salad bowl. Combine dressing ingredients in a separate bowl. Wisk dressing and pour over veggies. You can serve immediately, but it tastes better if you chill for an hour.
