    shrimp 8oz
    salmon (3 oz)
    spaghetti squash (1 cup)
    mushrooms (1 cup) onions (1/2 cup)
    Broccoli (1 bunch)
    Plain low fat Yoghurt (2 Tbs)
    onion (1/4 small)
    Lemon Juice (about 1/2 lemon)
    Coconut Water (about 3 fl oz)
    mustard (2 tsp)
    Light butter (1 tbs)
    chilli powder


1. Clean Shrimp and put in big bowl, also put in chopped up salmon
2. Add lemon Juice
3. Add salt and pepper
4. Add coconut water
5. Chop and add broccoli, mushrooms, parsley, and spaghetti squash
6. chop onion and brown in 1TBS light butter in large frying pan
7. add all ingredients in the big bowl to onions and saute for about 7 minutes or until the shrimp changes to the cooked white and orange color.
8. add yoghurt and thicken if necessary.
9. Serve with pasta or spaghetti
