    Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium, .5 cup
    5-6 Reduced Fat Keebler Club Crackers
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 2 tbsp
    4 Chicken Breast, no skin, bone and skin removed
    Olive Oil, 2 tsp
    Philadelphia Light Chives and Onion Cream Cheese, 1/3 cup


Mix Cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese on plate. Rinse chicken with cold water, gently shake off excess water. Dip Chicken in crumb mixture, turning over to evenly coat both sides of each chicken breast with crumb mixture.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken, cook 5-6 min on each side or until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Place chicken on serving plate; cover and keep warm. Add 1/2 cup broth and cream cheese to same skillet. Cook on medium heat until mixture just comes to boil, stirring constantly. Simmer 3 minutes or until sauce is thickened, stirring frequently. Spoon sauce over chicken. Kraft suggests serving with brown rice and asparagus or green beans.
