    Banana, fresh, 3 large
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Friendly Farms Vitamin D Milk 1 cup
    *Lemon Juice 1 tsp
    *Black Walnuts,1/2 cup, chopped
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    *Flour, white, 3 cup (self rising)
    *Canola Oil, 1 cup


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray and flour pans and set aside. Combine milk and lemon juice in a bowl or cup and set aside. Put all other ingrediets into a bowl. Add milk micture. Mix with electric mixer until blended. If too thick, add water and continue mixing untel smooth. Pour into pan. am place into oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Stick a toothpick into center ov cake. If it comes out clean it's done. If it has batter on it. Cook it for an additional five to ten minutes. You may get more square if you use a rectangle pan. I used one square pan and one round.
