Great blend for healthy sandwiches! Great blend for healthy sandwiches!
Number of Servings: 8


    1 - 14 oz can salmon, drained
    2 - 5 oz cans waterpacked tuna, drained
    2/3 cup chopped sweet onion
    1/2 cup shredded cabbage
    1/2 sweet red pepper
    1/2 cup shredded zucchini
    2/3 cup shredded carrot
    2/3 cup chopped celery
    1/2 pkg light cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup light mayo (to taste) OR substitute plain yogurt
    1-2 Tbspn honey mustard (optional)
    salt & pepper, if desired


Blend all ingredients together.
Chill for best blend of flavors.

Serve open on a slice of whole wheat bread with spinach or lettuces.
Can do a "melt" with a slice of cheese on top.

Approx. 8 servings - about 1/3 cup each.
