Introduction

This is an awesome soup that I love to eat when the weather gets cool. That hasn't happened here, yet. But we have been consuming this great soup anyways! This is an awesome soup that I love to eat when the weather gets cool. That hasn't happened here, yet. But we have been consuming this great soup anyways!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 package of Chappell Hill Smoked Garlic Sausage, sliced
    1onion, chopped
    3 cloves of garlic, minced
    1 can of stewed tomatoes
    1 family sized bag of frozen green beans
    1 bag of 15 bean soup mix, rinsed
    salt, pepper to taste
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder

Directions

rinse and check bean mix for foreign debris. put the beans in a stock pot with 3 quarts of water. bring to a boil and let boil, covered, for 60 minutes. Add sausage, onion, garlic, green beans, and tomatoes. let cook for 30 minutes. Add salt, pepper, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder.


Serving Size: makes 12 - 1 cup servings
