Ingredients

    dough:
    2.5 cups flour
    .5 t salt
    1 t baking powder
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup water
    1/8 cup canola oil
    fillng:
    4 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup onions, sauted
    1/8 cup butter

Directions

mix flour salt and baking powder. Add eggs, water and oil and mix just until formed. let rest for 10 minutes. meanwhile, mash potatoes and add onions, butter and eggs. roll out dough to 8 x 12 and add potato filling to within 1" of edge. fold up and pinch closed. cut into 12 pieces. bake at 350F for 35 minutes
