    Butternut squash, 10 oz
    Carrots, 6 oz
    Imitation maple extract to taste
    Cinnamon to taste
    Nutmeg to taste
    Fresh ground ginger to taste
    Water added to make 32 oz total volume


Microwave squash and carrots until tender, about 10 minutes. Place in blender, add seasonings and enough water to make 32 oz. Puree until smooth. Transfer to saucepan and heat.

Serving Size: Makes four 8 oz servings.
