    1 large head Cabbage, fresh, (about 7" dia) (remove)
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
    2 cups Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    3 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Spicy blend, 3 tsp
    1/2 cup Reduced Calorie Pancake Syrup, .5 cup
    6 tbsp Olive Oil, 6 tbsp
    1- 12oz package Jimmy Dean Maple Sausage


Cook and drain sausage
Add 2 tbsp butter and 6 tbsp olive oil to pan
Add onion cooking until starting to brown
Chop/shred cabbage adding to pan
Cover pan and let cook turning every 10 to 15 minutes
Dish is done when cabbage is wilted; stir sausage back in

Serving Size: Makes 6 2 cup servings
