    Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless, 16 oz
    Stove Top Stuffing Mix, 2 serving (makes 1/2 cup prepared)
    Cranberry Sauce, canned, 2 slice (1/2" thick, approx 8 slices
    Promise, Light Margarine, tub, 1 Tbsp, 1 serving
    College InnĀ® Light & Fat Free Chicken Broth 50% Less Sodium, 1 cup


Bring broth and margarine to boil, add stuffing mix, remove from heat, and let stuffin mix absorb liquid.

pound chicken breasts flat.

put in some cranberry sauce, about 1/4th of the stuffing mixture, then roll together. Do this for each breast.

place seam side down in pan, bake at 375 for about 45 minutes.
