beat eggs and egg whites set aside
pan sautee peppers breakfast sausage onion
spray a muffin pan (18 holder)
mix eggs and sauteed meat and veggies
1/4 cup in each muffin spot
bake 15 minutes sprinkle with cheddar
bake adddtional 5 minutes

Serving Size: makes 18 1/4 cup "cupcakes"
