    1.5 cups fat free vanilla yogurt
    2 bananas
    2 tsp instant coffee
    2-3 cups of fresh baby spinach
    2 tsp fiber powder (the kind with no flavor)
    1 cup lactic acid free milk (fat free)

Directions

throw everything in a food processor and blend until creamy and light green.
