Ingredients

˝ onion, diced
2 cloves garlic
2-teaspoon canola oil
4 cups water
1 box raw wild rice
1 cup canned white beans, drained and rinsed
1 ˝ teaspoons Fresh oregano
˝ teaspoon ground cumin
˝ teaspoon ground ground cloves
˝ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
10 ounce Polar® Gourmet Mushrooms in brine Dr.Wt. jar 6 oz., drained
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 ounces Mozzarella cheese
Directions
1. Sauté chopped onions with fresh garlic in oil, add water, rice, beans, and season with oregano, cumin, ground cloves, and cayenne pepper to taste
2. Simmer for about 50
minutes.
3. Add Gourmet Mushrooms; simmer for 10 more minutes.
4. Top with chopped parsley and Mozzarella Cheese and serve.
