    Head of Cauliflower, cut into pieces
    4 stalks celery, cut into pieces
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 onion, chopped
    6 cups water, or enough to cover vegetables
    chicken boullion cubes
    salt and pepper to taste
    tabasco sauce to taste


add all ingredients to soup pot - cook for 45 minutes & blend with hand blender.
