Ingredients

    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
    Avocados, California (Haas), 2 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    Olive Oil, .5 cup (remove)
    Basil, 4 tbsp (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz (remove)
    *Barilla Plus Penne, 16 oz (remove)
    *Italian Sausage, pork, 4 link, 4/lb (remove)

Directions

Mix mozzarella cheese with tomoatoes, avocadoes, garlic, olive oil, basil, lemon juice, saly, pepper, and red pepper, let stand at room temperature at least 30 minuetes

cook past according to package directions drain and return to pan to keep warm

Add tomato mixture to prepared pasta and toss to coat thoroughly
