Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients

2 680 ml tins of Primo Spaghetti Sauce
Lot's of Mushrooms
2 Lg Spanish Onions
3 Lg Red Bell Peppers
2 c shredded Carrots
2 c shredded Brocolli
2 c shredded Cabbage
4 tbsp olive oil
Estimating 12 servings but very likely many more...just trying to get an idea of calories and nutrients...
Directions
Heat Pot (I make this in a dutch oven type pot)
Add Olive Oil, Onions and saute, till translucent
Add Mushrooms and Red Peppers, Shredded Carrot, Cabbage and Broccolli. for a few mins till somewhat cooked...then add the 2 tins Sauce...Simmer till hot and heated through and veggies are done...
Can substitute Sauce for Tinned Tomatoes whole/crushed/diced...makes it a bit different...
