Introduction

I originally found this recipe on SP, but it's no longer there. I adapted it a bit to suit my likes. The original recipe calls for 2 different kinds of grapes , a peach, lettuce and 1 oz. shredded monterey jack cheese on top as a garnish. I omitted all of that, so if you add it to your recipe, add in the nutritional info as well :-) I originally found this recipe on SP, but it's no longer there. I adapted it a bit to suit my likes. 10 oz.. canned chicken
1 cup grapes, cut in half

    DRESSING:
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
    1 Tbsp. Orange juice

I generally put this on bread or wasa crackers for a sandwich, but you could also serve it chilled on lettuce.
