    12 lasgna noodles
    2 c. reduced fat mozzarella cheese-shredded
    1/4 c. grated reduced fat parmesan cheese
    15 0z. nonfat ricotta cheese
    1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
    1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
    2 T. chopped fresh parsely or 2 t. dried
    8 oz. ground turkey
    2 - 16 oz. cans tomato sauce
    1 - 16 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
    2 T. tomato paste
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 1/2 t. crushed garlic
    2 1/2 t. dried Italian seasonings


Brown ground turkey with chopped onion. Drain any fat off. Add in remaining sauce ingredients and stir. Simmer for 20 minutes. Set aside. In a bowl combine all of the filling ingredients, stir and set aside. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Spoon in 1 cup of sauce mix and spread out to cover bottom of pan. Top with 4 uncooked lasgna noodles (3 lenghtwise and 1 crosswise). Top noodles with half of the filling mix, 3/4 c mozzarella & 1 1/2 c. sauce mix. Repeat for one more layer. Top with remaining noodles, sauce, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, remove foil and bake for 15 minutes more to brown. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Cut into 10 - 4.5 x 2.5 inch pieces. I have also made this recipe and added mushroom to sauce mix. You can omit meat and add zucchini and it is also delicous. ENJOY!!!
