Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 boneless chicken breast halves (1 1/4lbs.)
    2 T Light Balsamic Vinegrette Dressing
    1 t. Italian seasonings
    1/4 t. black pepper
    1 large Roma (plum) tomato, cut into 8 slices
    1/4 c. crumbled feta cheese (1 oz.)

Directions

Set oven to broil. Brush both sides of the chicken breast with vinegrette and sprinkle both sides with Italian Seasoning and pepper. Place on broiler pan. Broil with tops 4 inches from heat about 10 minutes, turning once, until chicken is no longer pink in center. Top each chicken breat with 2 slices of tomatoes and 1/4 of the feta cheese. Broil 2 to 3 minute more or until cheese is lightly brown. Can also be cooked on a outdoor grill. Enjoy!!!
