Ingredients

    2 small onions, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
    1 t. salt
    1 cup shredded cabbage
    3 links Sausages by Amy Chicken Andouille Sausage, diced
    1 pre-cooked boneless skinless chicken breast half, diced
    1.5 cups cooked brown rice

Directions

In a large skillet or wok pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, cook and stir the onions, celery, garlic, broccoli and cabbage until tender, sprinkling with the salt. Stir in the sausage and chicken, cooking a few minutes until the meat is heated through. Stir in the pre-cooked brown rice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
