    1 medium head of cauliflower
    2 c water
    1/2 c chopped carrot
    1/2 c chopped celery
    2 chicken bouillon cubes or 2 tbsp bouillon granules
    1/8 t pepper
    4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded


Chop and boil cauliflower.

Simmer all ingredients except cheese together with cauliflower for 25 minutes

Puree and stir in cheese.

Serving Size: 4 generous 1 cup servings
